Bella Poarch
Bella Poarch is a Filipino born to biological Filipino parents. Her birth date was in February 9th in 1997. Her grandmother grew up in slums until she was three years old. She was then adopted. The adoptive parents of her are both Filipinas, and her white American adopted dad is military experience. She claimed that both she and her adoptive brother had been abused since she was a young child, until the time she joined the military. To move to Texas after she reached thirteen, her family resided for many months living in San Francisco to stay with her aunt. The physical attack was less severe, however she was still battling her father's psychological abuse at home. Poarch joined the United States Navy when she was 18 years old. Poarch launched her TikTok page in April, 2020. In just 8 months, she had amassed over 40 million followers. Poarch posted numerous videos. However, her biggest success was a music video to Millie B's popular hit track Soph Aspin Send. The singer lip-synched and danced to the music in a zoomed out video. Poarch launched her YouTube as well as Twitter accounts in the months after her signing up to TikTok in order to capitalize on the growing popularity. Her popularity grew rapidly until the month of December, 2020. Two major Esports professional clubs were reported to be intrigued by her. 100 Thieves as well as FaZe Clan expressed interest in hiring her as a content creator under the respective brand names.
