Anya Volz hails from Vermont. Now, she is a New York City based comedian. Her show has been praised as funny, surprising and not at all preached by males from all over America. Taylor-Joy left school to focus on her acting career when she was just sixteen. Anya Taylor Joy, born on April 16, 1996, in Miami Florida. Anya Taylor-Joy, who is half English and the other half Spanish sister of Dennis Alan Taylor who was a banker in his former job and Jennifer Marina Joy. She is an Argentinean of Scottish, English and Argentinean heritage. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. The family was within Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria region of London. Taylor-Joy says the move to London was traumatic and that she didn't learn English so that she could avoid returning to Argentina. Hill House became her school preference after she was ordered to move schools. Later, she enrolled in Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in productions of the school. At the age of 16, she quit school and pursuing a full-time acting career. From a young age Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to work as an actress. her goals were realized when she was approached for a modeling gig from Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
